Appointment Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments under the following conditions:
Cancellations 24+ hours before appointment
May qualify for a full refund (if payment was made in advance).
Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment
May be subject to a cancellation fee.
Technician already dispatched
Transportation or service charges may apply.
