Yes. Standard services have fixed prices that match what you see online. Custom-quote items (specialty painting, central AC) are quoted in writing before any work starts.

If you book before 2 PM, we usually dispatch a technician the same day — average response is 3–4 hours during peak summer. After 2 PM means next-day arrival.
paymentsWhen and how do I pay?
After the job is done and you're satisfied. Cash, card, Apple Pay, STC Pay, or Mada — your choice. We issue proper VAT invoices.
shieldWhat if something breaks again?
Every job has a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same problem comes back within 30 days, we fix it free. Spare parts also carry their own brand warranty.
